How does the coaching process work? 

  • Before we can dive into coaching, we’ll need to uncover the core parts of your personality. You will take a few assessments to learn more about your strengths, interests, and outlook on life.

  • You will decide the focus of each session, and I will provide actionable guidance based on your goals. We will use your assessment results to explore strategies and career options that fit with your strengths, skills and interests.

  • We will discuss the biggest challenges that ADHD creates in your life and career, working to address each one of them. We’ll uncover the ways your ADHD has held you back, how your self esteem has been impacted, and the role it has played in your current life circumstances.

  • Because no ADHD brain is exactly the same, we will find the best coping strategies to meet YOUR specific needs, lifestyle, personality, and strengths.

  • We will regularly work on self love, imposter syndrome, and any beliefs about yourself that are holding you back. Thinking positively of yourself is a key part of improving your life, so we will always begin each session by sharing a “win” you’ve had recently. This will get you into the habit of acknowledging the good things about who you are and allow you to see the amazing progress you are making!

  • You will discover things about yourself and your ADHD that you didn’t even know were there, and build the confidence to unapologetically chase your most ambitious goals. 

Prepping for your session:

Before each session, you will fill out a prep form that asks you to reflect on your current circumstances and set an intention for the new things you want to work on. This will bring you clarity about where you are in your progress, what things you need more help with, and any new things you are discovering about yourself.
